Go Fast will design workouts for you or your athletes to perform on their own.  This Microsoft Excel platform guides, tracks, and monitors fitness progress to maximize improvement when the athletes are not with Go Fast Coaches.  Each athlete receives a customized program via email. They perform the workouts on their own schedule and input their results.  At the end of the week, they email the completed workout back to their Go FastCoach.  Go Fast reviews the results and updates the program to ensure safe and effective performance gains.  This is the perfect compliment to the personal Go Fast experience.
